Proclamation Day 2016

We had a very emotional day in Newcastle today for Proclamation Day. We raised the Irish flag and we were full of pride for our national flag. Every child in the school did some activity to mark this very special occasion and we are very proud of you all. We learned a lot about our flag and about the Easter Rising of 1916.
