Well done to all the brilliant athletes who took part in the Galway Cross Country Championships in Renmore on the 20th of September. The weather was perfect for running but the course was tough. The last part was uphill and that really tested the athletes from all over Galway who were there on the day. Newcastle had a number of top twenty finishers and two medal winners. Well done to everyone!
