Mini 7's Camogie Champs 2017

Today, on the 4th of October the Newcastle girls' mini 7's team played in Coolarne. We were drawn in a group alongside Cooolarne, Crumlin and Gael scoil Ríada. In poor conditions the girls showed great composure and skill and were victorious in all three matches. In the final they faced Monivea who had qualified from the other side of the group. It was a close match but we emerged victorious on a score line of 2-3 to 1 goal. We now look forward to the mini 7'sfinal in LoughGeorge on the 20th of October.
