On the 13th of June in Loughgeorge the boys' team played in the Roinn C final against Kilnadema Leitrim. The game was a fantastic spectacle of skill, teamwork and passion. The Newcastle team played superbly but on th eday we were beaten by a very good Leitrim side. Congratulations to them on their win. It was not all bad news however as the team went ot the chipper on the way home to celebrate their fantastic achievement of reaching the finals. Medals will be presented to the team on the last day of school at a special assembly.
